Kenyan Mangaka: Shin Kyouketsuki | Part One

The Otaku community in Kenya is quite diverse. I’d say the different types all mentioned here have a fairly great representation here in Kenya. So, we thought we’d introduce you to a truly amazing person, Shin Kyouketsuki, a Kenyan mangaka, to help give you a better understanding of our Otaku community. That’s the one thing that stays with you after travelling. You may have pictures to look through and souvenirs that you might have picked up on your travels but, nostalgia lets you relive the experience. Today being my birthday (Happy Birthday to me! Yay!) and with Mbithe in Japan at the moment, I can’t help but feel a tad nostalgic over the time I went to Japan.

Beginner’s Guide to Anime was basically about selection of anime, kind of like a ‘how to’ to anime which excluded ‘the where’ and when looking for websites to watch anime on, it can get really frustrating not being able to find one that you would deem good enough from the many websites floating around the Internet.
